So what comes first? Action or confidence? Do you act and thereby overcome fear? Or do you get confidence first?
Either can work, but I’ve heard that courage is NOT the absence of fear; it’s what we do in the FACE of fear.
Still, there’s things we can do to get confidence before acting!
I teach Network Marketers the Real Conversations method of self-coaching. Here’s a chart you can put on your fridge for handy reference: Real Conversations
Go to the 3rd box. Find the need under your fear. It’ll be unique for each person. But some common needs are:
Skills – You get a lot of confidence when you have practiced what to say. As in this short video: “How do I talk about my business?” We teach this in the MLM Millionaire Club.
Validation – Self-value, even when people say no.
Trust in Life – That you do your best, and your needs will be met.
Self-Responsibility – The willingness to embrace mistakes and failure as teachers.
Flexibility – The ability to adapt to change, even success!
When you meet these needs under the fear, it disappears! THIS is Real Conversations!
This is what members of the MLM Millionaire Club learn inside.
