The easiest way to change your body and mind is through the body, because it’s intimately connected to your subconscious, which is what really programs you, not the conscious mind. Each body part bespeaks your psychology it represents.

Based on John Bradshaw’s book Homecoming, this special module clears your psychology in 5 childhood stages: Infant, Toddler, Preschool, School-Age, and Adolescent.
